What to Expect

Rates

We are committed to offering the highest quality, professional counseling services. Our standard counseling fee per 45-50 minute individual session is $100*.
Our standard counseling fee per 50-55 minute collaborative couples session is $150*.

Cancellation/reschedule notices MUST be given at least 24 hours prior to appointment time to avoid a fee.

*Please do not let cost prevent you from reaching out. If our rates are not feasible for you, let us know, and we will see how we can accommodate with consideration to your current income.

Payments

Payment is expected at time of service. Counseling service fees may be paid using any of the following methods:​

  • Credit Card

  • Debit Card

  • HSA Card

We do not accept (or bill) health insurance.  

Note: Insurance carriers often require a diagnosis before reimbursing. With that knowledge, some people may choose not to file for coverage in order to prevent a diagnosis being added to their medical records.

 

Forms + Initial Meeting

Prior to our initial meeting, a few forms must be completed. When you schedule your first appointment, an email will be sent linking you to the online version of these forms to allow quick and easy completion. The intake paperwork is intended to be completed after scheduling an initial appointment.
